Yesterday. Yesterday I had juice and fruit for breakfast and a giant spinach, mixed greens, carrot, and avocado salad for lunch with some servings of fruits and veggies in between as snack and long about 4 or 5 I was starving. I was so hungry, I had a headache, it was awful. I needed a revision.
Revision: eat mostly fruits and vegetables but also add a couple of servings of good quality meat.
I am cutting out sugar, wheat/grains and dairy essentially.
So far with that revision it's going a lot better. I kind of have a headache and still really crave sugar but I'm not starving and feel healthy.
I've learned that juicing is expensive too. I may cut it down to a 7 day reboot instead of a 15 but we'll see.
